Risk Disclosure

Trading involves risk. Read this before you rely on anything you see on CandL.
CandL is not advice
Charts, indicators, drawings, alerts and everything else on CandL are information and tools, not recommendations to buy or sell. CandL is not a broker, an exchange or an adviser, and it doesn’t place trades. Your trading decisions are your own.
You can lose money
Prices can move quickly and without warning. You can lose some or all of the money you trade with. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Leverage and derivatives
Some markets on CandL are perpetual futures, which are usually traded with leverage. Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains, and leveraged positions can be closed out quickly when prices move against them. Funding payments and fees change your results.
Crypto assets
Crypto assets are highly volatile and trade around the clock. Their prices can differ between exchanges, and outages, regulation and thin trading can move them sharply.
Stocks, forex and commodities
These markets move with economic news and company events, can gap between sessions, and may have limited liquidity outside their main trading hours.
Market data
Market data on CandL comes from third parties. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the price on CandL can differ from the price where you trade. Always confirm prices with your broker or exchange before acting.
Indicators and scripts
Indicators are calculations on past prices. They can lag, give false signals, and show different values on other platforms. Custom scripts can contain mistakes.
Alerts
Price alerts run in your browser. They only work while CandL is open, and they won’t go off if the page is closed, your device sleeps or the connection drops. They can arrive late, and each alert switches itself off after it goes off.
Bar replay and past performance
Bar replay steps through historical data. Practising in replay involves no real money, and past price movements, replays and backtests are not reliable indicators of future results.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions and their results. Consider getting advice from an independent, qualified professional before you trade.
